This painting is from an assigned project in one of my art classes. The challenge was to create a unique multi-canvas construction.   • “Lilies in Window” is an original, signed acrylic painting on a gallery-wrapped canvas by artist Michael Arnold. This painting was a commission piece done for a client. The design was made from a picture the client had found in a magazine. The painting was created in grays and white with a pop of color added to the tops of the lilies. Michael Arnold Art /

  • Every once in a while you want to wear something that reminds other people that they’re gonna die someday… birthday parties mostly. If that’s too depressing just think of it as a picture of a very exotic and aged piece of cheese. Here’s a detail: /

  • Just an idea that was very spur of the moment (started out with a vector outline of one of the shoes) and just ran with it. All vector except for the stripes which is a fabric photograph. Even the text is vector.

  • One of my favorite Cities as many of you know is Seattle. This week I had the perfect room for shooting shadows on the street. Hanging out my window, I am very close to the corner and the people walking across had these long shadows. I had a bit of fun with color and texture. I call them the “Street People” /

  • This gleeful image of Buddha has always been an inspiration to me. Makes me smile and laugh. / Experimented with Photo-Shop to warm him up.
