‘Fitzroy Mock n’ Roll’ , thank you trendy cafe and apartment culture and pizza parlours….”oh it’s tooo loud” say the tenants and “I wanna be boho-sheek” say the suburban and coke drinkers…. Live music keeps heading further North…. Northcote and Brunswick are starting to sport princesses and metrosexuals wearing ‘Blondie’ and ‘Ramones’ shirts as though a label – without an inch of true indy culture appreciation….I think calling your pizza parlour ‘Bimbo’s’ is an indication of your clientèle oh and I think i even saw a toy dog in a gucci handbag in Brunswick the other day….. eeeeeeeek! oh and yes i fear change…and perhaps I am getting on in ears From: The Epic Collection of ‘Elle Jaye Rose’ facebook graffiti EDITION # of 20 SHIRTS* note some designs may have an ever so-slight screen resolution affect (which is part of their concept)

TO KILL A MOCKING MAGE
by kalaryderIn a voice all could hear, I cried, “I lied! I fear ridicule. Mock me and take your chance.”
To Kill a Mocking Mage, was a little play on words of a title to Kill a Mocking Bird, it was an exercise in writing made about 12 years ago.

as opposed to the cultivated variety grown on gardens. I found this yesterday, a whole tree of it, and couldn’t believe my good luck. The Philadelphus is Mock Orange and the smell is divine, it was only when I smelled the blossom that I realized what it was. In the cultivated variety the flowers are much more in clumps and more heavily laden, but smell the same, this must be the original of that plant. View larger for best effect

This is a mock up movie poster for one of the characters in one of my little stories. :)

Mocking birds are quite amazing, as well as annoying!!! They can mimic many other birds’ sounds as well as simple sounds such as telephone rings. The male mocking bird will sing all day and often into the night, wich might explain why I want to throw my shoe out the window for some peace and quiet!!! This little fella has claimed the top of this tree as his own, and defends it passionately!!! Thanks for viewing my work!!! If you like what you see here, have a peek at the rest of my work. Mocking birds often trick me with their imitations of bird calls. I might think that I hear a robin or some other bird and then all of a sudden, the calls stop, only to start a brand new song! Even though Mocking Birds are agressive birds and fight with smaller birds, I can’t help but to admire their incredible singing talent!!

Just another mock-up promo shot. just to clear it up, other than the font itself, this image is completely my own work. / a couple of people didn’t get it… so the idea is that its an energy drink… hence its got the battery ends (because they’re full of energy)... btw, i’d love some c&c on it.

A mock-up of a horror genre fps/rpg game. I am not putting this up for sale until I have permission to use the photo I worked over on the sanitorium at the base of this picture. It is in the UK, but unfortunately I am not the photographer. :)

On a hiking safari, I spied this chap through the bush and grabbed a few shots, before he threw a “mock charge” at us. Of course, we only knew that it was “mock” when he veered off into the bush about 10 meters in front of us. / Let me tell you, it is very difficult to hide behind a tripod.
