One of my favorite shots that night on Lake Minnewaska. It was cold and blowing, nearly dark, shooting 8 seconds. I got too close to the water at first, backed up and got a nice shot of the imprints of my new Dr.Martin boots. It’s proof, I really was there. I promise. Glenwood, MN

This is the last in the Glenwood, MN series. I took several shots of Lake Minnewaska on this day. Winds were 30-40 mph, temperature was a record breaking 50 degrees F, and I was wearing my winter parka, long sleeve shirt, jeans and boots. The wind was blowing so hard that the dock was rocking back and forth, swaying with the wind and waves. Made it hard to shoot, but I was happy with this one in particular. I wish I could say this was taken at night, but I would be lying. This was in the middle of the afternoon. Talk about a gloomy day.
