This piece was a drawing done in ink. It was originally for a dinner party invite and when I saw how nice the sketch came out I used it for prints! It has been digitally enhanced with color and text. The words are in Italian and loosely mean “Dinner Party” with the time and date. / This print is available as a greeting card or a canvas print…both of which you can frame easily! Thanks for looking! This is a print of the original piece entitled “I will wait for you here” / It was hand drawn with ink and digitally altered with color and texture. The background is old fabric that was scanned and copied into the print. I absolutely adore this piece. It shoots me right back to fifth grade when my best friend had her dad build us a swing in the woods. I used to swing for hours looking up at the birds…and wait. Im not sure what I was waiting for back then…but it didnt matter, I was happiest there. This print is available for purchase as cards that you can mail to someone you adore (Or more likely, keep for yourself and frame!) and a few prints. You can always view more of my work here: / www.dazeychic.etsy.com Thanks so much for looking! ~Shelli
Meet Mo. He is a little squirrel who loves the quiet of the darkness. He loves making wishes and shooting them into the sky towards the twinkling stars! Will his wishes all come true? This is a print of an original illustration that I did with ink and digitally colored. Mo and Teeny are two little squirrels that live in my head….they had to come out eventually! Mo is available for limited prints and cards. Thanks for looking! ~Shelli xoxo / More of my work is available here: www.dazeychic.etsy.com
This is a print of one of my “rough” sketches that started out as a tiny doodle in my sketch pad…it turned into something bigger…and I fell in love with it. I just follow my pencil…whatever it does I go with. This was hand drawn and then enhanced digitally to give the piece color. I did not erase my pencil lines because I feel it adds some needed character and personality! I love the green…Im so loving green lately! Anyway, its available for purchase as cards and a canvas print. / Thanks for looking! ~Shelli
The Stone Arch Bridge defines Minneapolis’ skyline. Railroad baron James J. Hill built the bridge in 1883 to allow for increased movement of people and goods across the Mississippi River. The Stone Arch Bridge spans St. Anthony Falls, and served as a working railroad bridge until 1965. Shot taken from the north side of the Mississippi river.

Lake Superior shoreline view, near Superior National Forest in Northern Minnesota
Boundary waters – North of Grand Marais before the Canadian Border, man dives from cliff into the cleanest waters on earth… undisturbed. (35mm) One of my favorite photos for the memories had up there with great friends.
November can generally be a dull month but in this grove of “Spirit Birch” near the shore of Lake Superior at Duluth, Minnesota, the forest was alive with songs and whispers on a snowless Thanksgiving Day. Printed, double matted and framed, this is a very compelling image.
A view of Lake Superior in early December taken on Artist’s Point in Grand Marais, Minnesota.
Beautiful, late afternoon fog rolled in off the North Shore of Lake Superior and settled into the beginnings of Superior National Forest, near Grand Marais, Minnesota.
This is Burntside Lake in Ely, Minnesota. I spent a week there with this being the view out my cabin window. Each day the sunset was a little different or a lot different. This is my favorite of all of them.
This darling illustration is an absolute favorite of mine (and best seller!). This was originally sketched in ink and colored with pencils and digital color. Anyway, its available for purchase as cards and prints. Thanks for looking! ~Shelli

Split Rock Lighthouse operated from 1910 until 1969. The Split Rock Lighthouse is located in Two Harbors, Minnesota. The lighthouse commands a panoramic view of Lake Superior from the 130 foot cliff from which it stands on. Built after a 1905 fierce storm that sank one ship nearby and more than 30 others on Lake Superior. Superior is the most unpredictable, deepest, and coldest of the Great Lakes. Processed as a HDR it would make a beautiful card or picture to hang on any wall. I took this sometime in the summer in my bathroom. There was a giant spiderweb on the window so I sprayed it with water… most of it ended up on the window which is the bokeh you seen in the background. Enjoy!
