Image was taken in Washington DC, at one of the many Metro stations. I love the contrast between items in motion and the stationary objects. Processed with Redynamix to give it a slight HDR feel. Taken with Nikon D50 and Nikkor 18-70mm lens.
Paris, Dec 2007. This effect was created by twisting the lens while taking the photo.
Each time I take the Metro in Paris I look at people and think – who are they, where are they going, what do they do in life? They often look lost in their thoughts: are they worried, are they thinking of a loved one? Most of the time though it seems they are dreaming about a better life… I hope I’m wrong and that most are just tired after a long day at work. For those who don’t speak French the graffiti on the wall say: “Consume and shut up”, and “To be born, to consume, to die”.
Beautiful Paris with all its wonderful icons painted in a stylish, funky colorful composition. The Gesher Theatre in Tel Aviv Israel producing Design For Living by Noel Coward used the picture of my painting as part of their set in one of the scenes in their play.

Somewhere in a Metro Station in Munich
Being an environmentally friendly artist.. I decided I wanted to make the city a little “greener”. My advice is get it printed big.. because 1) it looks rather excellent printed big.. and 2) I make more money. Imagine this on your wall in your living room.. and the neighbours saying “he’s not very good he can’t even draw straight lines !” Available as a signed limited edition print direct from artist.
Waiting for life’s train… as it passes me by. Taken at Beijing Metro – Tiananmen East Station (I think).
Ahhh, the love of Atari, the love of the old school games like pitfall, frogger, and everything ever shaped gaming history. Use to play one of these for ages when I was a little kid, loved every minute of it, the colours standing out on the ever-black screens. So why not relive your youth, and have heaps of new-age kids wondering just what the hell that is on your t-shirt :)
