When I created this it made me think of something trying to break away from the bindings that hold them in. It originally was just a rusty fence and I put it in corel and changed the colors, and put it through the lens distortion and wa la. /

An experiment with water droplets, glitter, a CD, wrapping paper and light. I had some metallic paper reflecting in the CD and the flash from my camera made it very interesting with all the glitter. This is the kind of thing I do when it’s too cold to go outside…. haha. Enjoy!

Self Portrait. Found object art. this was a self portrait, it sucked. it looked like me in another world were cartoons are real, candy rains from the sky, kittens grow from trees, nobody dies, poops or gets sick. Yeah it had to go. this is what i really wanted to paint when i thought of myself. / I let a little of what was there show through, just as a memo to myself. a way of saying “this is how you might have been.” / Dispite what ppl say thys is how i feel. half the time i don’t know who i am or what i stand for. all i know is this feels right. thys is who i am….a little left of center.

Vessels – embodiment of your ‘being’, container, inner alchemy processes, all is one; open, receive, filter, give and take, shelter, nurture, protect, shadow self, dualities. Colours/fabric, rice paper collage – Primal, energy/chakra levels, alchemies, signifying realms of existence, of various planes – worldly, spiritual.
