We took a vintage circus poster of Ruth the Acrobat, who happens to weigh, oh, 400 pounds but somehow manages to get her head between her legs, and added the words HOT MESS over it. It makes for the most hysterically funny t-shirt you’ll ever see! Love it in pink or yellow but looks great on any color t-shirt. Hot mess!

So my model wanted the picture in color and so since I was too lazy to go back and reedit it to make a color version, I took the black and white version and put it on a layer on top of the color version and set the layer mode to transparency….this is an AWESOME technique….I LOVE the way it turned out.
