If each RedBubble member was 2 meters tall and if we laid us all end-to-end we would not circle the globe. We wouldn’t even come close really. And a lot of us would need to get up and go to the toilet while the others were getting ready to lie down. And just flying everybody in from places like Iran and Mexico would be a nightmare. So we aren’t going to do this. But we have now surpassed 100,000 members. Which is pretty phenomenally amazing, as it seems like only yesterday that Ed was explaining to the strategy we used to get to 50,000 members. To celebrate reaching 100,000 members we had a new logo competition running. We had a thoroughly inspired field of entries – here. Opening the envelope (drum roll), we have TWO winners Faizan and Edgeplus. Both will have their logo’s up for a week (they also get a little something for Christmas shopping). And for those of you who can’t recall our strategy here it is explained diagrammatically again. / Martin (aka Pilgrim)

FOR ALL MEMBERS OF LIVE, LOVE, DREAM …....... It has come to my attention this afternoon that by me forwarding a bubblemail this morning that I had received over the weekend asking for people to remember those affected by the fires in Australia , as well as, by asking you to check out a member that was accepting donated works to benefit those affected, I have offended one of our group members of which I wish to remain annonymous. The majority of you that know me, KNOW that I would NEVER say or do anything to offend anyone….......... I feel that I must say what is on my mind at this given time…......... I AM A CHRISTIAN and I BELIEVE COMPLETELY upon God. He is my rock and my salvation….............. However , with that being said, I would never force my beliefs on you or anyone else….... You are a free, living spirit all of your own and you have the ability to accept Christ as your saviour or to not accept. Its your call…... In the end, no matter who we are, no matter what we say, or no matter who we know, we will each be judged and accounted for our personal lives period…........ Nothing more and nothing less…........... I forwarded a bubblemail that I believe to be EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL to those that are going through absolutely HORRIFIC times at the moment in Australia…........ I feel for them, I ache for them, I just want to get the word out there and get any help possible to those affected. I would want someone to do the same for me…...... I honestly would…......... anyways, back to the discussion at hand….............. IF I OFFENDED ANYONE, I am sincerely sorry…........ It was never my intention…......... I will continue to Love the Lord, I will continue to pray without ceasing, and I will continue to help in anyway possible within my ability to get any help to Australia that I can possibly do…......... It is truly a tradgedy and I hope and pray that it ends soon…............ Each of you are who you are, period…............. I dont expect you to be anything more or anything less and I would hope that you would each expect the same from me…......... Also, I might add that I am running a group with around 2300 members alone…......... I do all the features, I do every single thing that is done…....... the challenges , just whatever….. I am not complaining. I love it ! However , with that being said, I know I will not always please every single person in LLD…... I dont expect to….......... What I do expect is for us to try to get along, to always want to help another fellow human being in need, and to just keep on Rocking RB as we have all done for some time now ! I love Live, Love, Dream…...... I hope that each of you do as well…............ It is YOUR CHOICE to be a member in Live, Love, Dream….... You are not forced to be one…....... I hope that in being a member, you will always enjoy it and take the most from it that you possibly can ! This is another of my redbubble mates who asked me to do a digital Portrait of her. I think she looks sexy in a Bite Me kind of way. In this portrait I tried darker colors as she seems more exotic. I don’t know bites personally but I know she is a beautiful lady and I hope she loves this portrait. If not, Bites , tell me and I will do another one. Does anybody what me to do one of them. Created purely to part-take in another wonderful competition sure to feature a wealth of talent… / To celebrate RedBubble hitting 100,000 members My design is a modern take using all the elements contained within the name… Red and bubble. Hopefully I have interpreted these in my design in a bold, interesting and memorable way. To get to the nitty gritty of the design rather than spell out the 100 000 I used the little bubbles (although nowhere near 100K) around the outside to symbolise this – they could also represent the artist community and the buyer community both directed into the centre. / Let me know what you think? My entry for RedBubble Logo I am thrilled that my design is a joint winner for the comp!!! / Congratulations to Faizan also ;o)

Good morning to all beautiful bubblers!! / Yesterday I had an interesting Bubblemail from one of our bubble favorites Danny / who kindly made me aware of an issue perhaps best described by the term popularity. / Now before you go thinking the worst, the mail was very jovial and replied to in kind but it sparked a little thought process which is always a good thing!! / So, I would like to give back a little to the Red Bubble community by adding a link to a different member on each of my works. / Please see the picture below to see what this will look like. / Now, if you have any objections to this or don’t like the image I’ve put your link on please do not hesitate to mail me and let me know. / ...and please do not be disheartened if your link is not on an image, I’ll get around to it eventually. I put together pictures of me from my childhood til now. / I added my favorite bird the eagle because seeing an eagle reminds me of strength and the ocean for healing and peace in my world. / I am a survivor because when I was born I weight only 1 lb and the doctors said I might not make it or be normal, that others would have to take care of me. But I made up in my mind I was going to bet anything that came my way. / So here it is 50 years later I am still here. Many 1 lb babys don’t make it or sometime a parten may worrie if their baby will make it and I can say they will with lot’s of love and prayers sent there way.God had plans for me to be here and to use me to touch others lives. I am blessed. The road has not been easy. But by grace I am still here and I pray to live a long life. / Elenne Boothe

The Alice Springs Telegraph Station Historical Reserve marks the original site of the first European settlement in Alice Springs. Established in 1872 to relay messages between Darwin and Adelaide, it is the best preserved of the 12 stations along the Overland Telegraph Line. Construction of this Telegraph Station began in 1871. The township of Alice Springs takes its name from the waterhole a short distance to the east of the Station buildings. This Telegraph Station operated for 60 years, and then served as a school for Aboriginal children. /
