  • Charcoal on paper 8.5” X 10” / Used Adobe Photoshop for wallpaper and some highlights and color “The Mothman had been hiding in little Bartlebee’s closet decades before he had arrived. It had been feeding on old cardigans and teddybears…” This is just a funny scenario I thought up. Kinda random. I am developing a story around this picture.

  • A shell on a Surfers Paradise sand dune at sunrise. The shell is a prop I use in several photos. I’m fortunate to live just a few minutes away from this beach which is a huge tourist destination on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Canon EOS 400D.

  • Women in most ancient and modern cultures and major religions are considered “life-givers”. Here, a beautiful young woman is portrayed just as she teeters on the brink between innocence and her destiny, as “Life – Giver”. Suggestions: Friendship, Thinking of You, or Mother to Be Note Card. • An early snow came to Maroon Bells, CO this September 2009. The Maroon Bells is a mountain in the Elk Mountains that consists of two peaks, South Maroon Peak and North Maroon Peak, separated by about a third of a mile. The mountain is on the border between Pitkin County and Gunnison County, Colorado, United States, about 12 miles southwest of Aspen. Both peaks are counted as fourteeners. Maroon Peak, at 14,156 feet, is the 27th highest peak in Colorado; North Maroon Peak, at 14,014 feet, is the 50th highest. The view of the Maroon Bells to the southwest from the Maroon Creek valley is one of the most famous scenes in Colorado, and is reputed to be the “most-photographed spot in Colorado” and one of Colorado’s premier scenic overlooks. HDR image shot with a Canon 50D at 17mm focal len, f/10, 1/100, ISO 100. Auto bracketed +2 & -2. Tonal mapped in Photomatix.
