  To enter in the spirit of Christmas retailing and capitalism I have halved my regular mark up ..so I’m hoping if it was price and not my work that held you back from possessing one of my original works.   I’ve gone mad! Well, actually I’m just responding to the $4 hike by making my shirts cheaper than they were before. I’ve dropped the markup on all of them to 10%. Of course, this means I won’t be able to get anyone anything for Christmas. Seriously, I’m barely making anything from t-shirt sales anymore. I guess it’s back to being homeless for me. Yay!

  it’s been a while since i’ve boycotted something so i figure i’d give this a try. from now on all my work on redbubble will be for sale with zero markup. yep, that’s right, zero. seeing as though i haven’t made a sale yet, i don’t see this impacting on my financial situation too heavily. also, i figure that by having no markup, it might encourage more people (at least one) to purchase my art, which puts more money into redbubble’s kitty and makes me feel all warm inside. so, if you’ve been hanging out for weeks to buy an original square photograph, there’s never been a better time than now!

I’m considering lowering it to the default 20% or lower. / I havent sold alot, In fact I can count on 1 hand my number of sales. It’s not as important as sharing my passion for photography within this community, but it would be nice right, to make a little pocket money now and then? / But I’m eager to get some feedback on this.
