  • On the Planet Librach Nova, founded by renown Canadian textureologist David Librach of Sol. These stonefaced pillars are scattered across the landscape lending much mystery to this dark world in the Remius galaxy. / Scientists think the towers could be another form of henge, the mysterious stone circles scattered across the universe.Still there are thousands of these stonefaced pillars across this dark world beneath a weak sun.One day we may know!. / Maybe the textureologists led by Librach will find the answer. / The view here is of the stone towers on the shores of the Lantic Sea, / with “Maritimus Scotus” rising in the background. This is a collaboration between David Librach and I under “Get your own planet”, / David’s image was Stoneface.

  • Sailboat floating into the Holland Harbor at sunset. /

  • This image was taken on 9/11/2002. I had to go to a quiet place and there I discovered a beautiful sun setting into Lake Michigan.

  • Shield of the Town of Antwerp. / To be found on a wall of “the Steen” castle and now Maritime. Museum which is one of the most frequently visited buildings in Antwerp. / The first shield was created on 28 september 1881. /

  • This was on the prom at Harwich Essex. I was drawn to the shape of the building

  • Freighter heading west towards the setting sun, passing “Big Red” and into the open waters of Lake Michigan.

  • The boats docked at the wharf near Blomidon, Nova Scotia, Canada are tied to a wharf but cannot move until the tide comes in. Therefore, the fishermen work according to the tides.

  • At the foreground of this shot there is a broken down lobster trap sitting in the sand. To add to the overall feeling of desolation, the tide is out. I personally love how this turned out and I hope you do to!

  • I would never have imagined having mud as a piece of photography, at least not having mud as the only thing in the shot. However, I took this shot for fun and when I got it home, I liked it a lot. I like the deepness of the shot and the way the light is shining on it. I hope you see something in it too!

  • Big Red lighthouse at the entrance of the Holland Harbor. It is one of the many lighthouses of the Lake Michigan, but it is the only lighthouse that has a name. Big Red is also the most photographed of all the Great Lakes lighthouses.

  • I thought this shot was pretty all by itself but when I looked at it a little closer I noticed the clouds seem to make an arrow pointing out of the harbour. Cool huh? This is Halls Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada. I realize I have quite a few images of Halls Harbour but I love the little fishing village. It has so much character and there is always a great shot to be found there.

  • Well, today is the start of the Apple Blossom Festival here in Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada. So it is only fitting I put this shot of an apple blossom up on this day.

  • For those of you that do not understand what the title refers to, there is a game, usually played at children’s parties, called “Pin The Tail On The Donkey”. In this game the children are blindfolded, spun around in a circle to discombobulate them, and given a pin with a paper drawing of a donkey’s tail on it. There is a picture on a wall of a donkey without a tail and the aim is to give him/her one. Now, the only glitch with using this title is, this is a pony but the title seemed clever so maybe it’s “Pin The Tail On The Pony” for this shot! LOL

  • The next little breeze will send all of the white puffs flying off of these flowers and leave just a stem.

  • This is a macro of a flower/weed that grows wild here in Nova Scotia, Canada.

  • I shot this while out for a stroll on the beach at White Point Beach Lodge in Nova Scotia, Canada. I decided I liked this better in black and white, I hope you do too!
