Sailboat floating into the Holland Harbor at sunset. /
This image was taken on 9/11/2002. I had to go to a quiet place and there I discovered a beautiful sun setting into Lake Michigan.

This was one of the most spectacular sunsets I have witnessed in a long time and Scott and I were lucky enough to be at Peggy’s Cove in Nova Scotia when it occurred. At first I was hoping these two love birds would get out of my shot but then I realized they added to it… I hope you enjoy it!

I recently uploaded A Lover’s Sunset – Peggy’s Cove, NS and this shot was taken at the same time. The sky was so orange and so amazing that when Scott and I went around to water side we found the lighthouse bathed in an orangish glow….just gorgeous and this is my capture of it.
This shot of the sunset at Peggy’s Cove in Nova Scotia is exactly as is. It was a magical night and there seemed to be many sunsets happening in one night. The sky was constantly changing and it was a beautiful thing to witness. I already have two shots up from that night but I think this one is worth putting up too. And you never know, there could be others to follow! Maybe I’ll make a “Lighthouse Sunset” calendar. :)
Scott and I were driving away from a spectacular sunset at Peggy’s Cove, NS when I spotted this beautiful scene. I quickly backed up and grabbed the camera again, and as it turned out, not for the last time that night either! :)

This was one of the most spectacular sunsets we have witnessed in a long time and we were lucky enough to be at Peggy’s Cove in Nova Scotia, Canada when it occurred. At first we were hoping these two love birds would get out of the shot and away from the lighthouse, but then we realized they added to the overall feeling of the shot. / / A Lover’s Sunset – Peggy’s Cove, NS is available in all print formats offered by RedBubble. / /
