Meet Mo. He is a little squirrel who loves the quiet of the darkness. He loves making wishes and shooting them into the sky towards the twinkling stars! Will his wishes all come true? This is a print of an original illustration that I did with ink and digitally colored. Mo and Teeny are two little squirrels that live in my head….they had to come out eventually! By The Reichstag, Berlin one overcast friday morning in April. They were oblivious, besotted. I was about 4 or 5 metres from them taking shots of people crossing on a suspended walkway between two lagre government buildings. I swung my lens around more than a couple of times for some candid photography. They really were oblivious, bless ‘em. A question – do people in love always close their eyes just before they kiss like here?

Yaaaaaay the last one in the petals + make-up series. Blue/green. I think this has come to be one of my favorites out of them all, I’ve just been getting better and better at them. I scare myself. Perhaps I need help… Canon 450D / F-stop: 5 / Exposure time: 1/125 / ISO-speed: 400 / Focal length: 43mm. Edited on photoshop CS3. Experimenting with make-up and, er, terrifying myself to my very soul. Please tell me how I can improve this. It just doesn’t look right.
