This is a fun and playful design *similar to the ladybug design, but woithout the child and with added hearts,) that can be customized for any girl’s name for personalized gifts, stationary, or wall art for their bedroom. T his is a design I created for somebody who wanted it customized for several different names. This is a great design for Valentine’s Day. Also, looks great on tee-shirts, mugs, etc. Can also change the background color at your request. / / Here’s the Magic Mood Chart, my question is what mood will you choose? the 5 moods I’ve chosen to express here are: / just right / a little blue / somewhere in between / bright as a button / warm and wonderful the 6th mood is up to you, or the person you give this to.. I’ve left a space for them/you to draw your own face, with the mood you choose :) It works well as a poster, card, laminated print or canvas…. i love the idea of the canvas in particular, and the laminated print, because you can use non-permanent texta/whiteboard markers to draw your face, and then wipe it off and change it whenever you like … / here’s what the poster looks like There’s been a lot of talk around the bubble lately about balance and moods, I guess it filtered through into my art. Sometimes children and grown ups find it hard to identify how they’re feeling…this little chart helps identify just a few of the many trillions of ways we could feel each day or week. This chart is meant as a reminder for myself and kids everywhere to more openly discuss moods, how we are feeling, how we are affected by them, how they affect the people around us, and mainly to help open up a discussion about moods. It’s helpful because then we can learn not to be too upset, when someone else is grumpy, or sad… we can find a way to stay ourselves and be supportive and friendly, without taking on the other person’s sadness or feeling to blame for their moods, etc. Sometimes little children have no idea that they are not to blame for grown ups anger or sadness, and they tend to believe they are the cause of it, which can have very negative effects on childhood development and continue to affect their adult lives. Often when I ask someone how they are feeling, they don’t know. Sometimes this happens with little children…they just don’t know. This is a little chart to help identify the mood we’re in, and there is a space at the bottom right to draw our own mood, in our own colours…as a reminder that we have the power to choose our own mood, regardless of the circumstances we may be in…. phew… i hope you like it :) I really wish I’d had a chart or a little book like this when my children were between ages 3-7, maybe one day, I’ll turn this into a little book… Hope it brightens your day and lifts your spirits…
