Here’s is a macro shot of a bougainvillea flower which grows in my back yard. I actually had a few which I took and liked but narrowed it down to this one so I hope I made the right choice! Anyway.. Enjoy :o)

Swanes Rose Nursery here in Sydney is holding a photographic competition for Mothers Day … this has resulted in an overabundance of sweet, rain-soaked rose shots on my already overloaded external drive!! This particular photo has today received Photo of the Day on www.digitalimagecafe.com site in the Macro Category.
