Miniature Christmas lights in macro. / Canon 20D. /
I took this flower picture in Bellingham, WA, while taking a stroll. /
I have always these flowers, and I love em even more when the sun hits them at just that right moment and really makes them pop. Hope you all enjoy this one, it is a personal favorite of mine John

I was out for a walk yesterday, when I spied these HUGE mushrooms!!! I thought at first (from a distance) that it was trash in someones yard. Upon close inspection… WOW!!! What a fun time I had photographing these!!! Due to the fact that it has been raining in the evenings, they were able to grow…. and as I lay in the grass to get some shots off, my daughter was quick to point out that there were mosquito’s EVERYWHERE!!!!!! AAAAAAAAA I’m covered in bites, and itching like crazy….. but hey, anything for the shot right???? You know the grips in a water bottle… well that’s what this is. I took the aquafina label off, and put some colorful wrapping paper behind it. There was a few bubbles in the water, which looked cool with the texture of the bottle. It looks like a droplet continuously dropping into a puddle to me…haha. Enjoy! I used my 105mm macro lens for this.
This reminds me of gummy candies.. I think it’s the color. I was also craving gummy candies while editing this. So that explains a lot..hehe.. I took this some time in the fall when these berries were still on the tree in my front yard. Enjoy!

There was an ice storm a few weeks ago that covered all the trees in icy rain drops. The next day the pine tree in my backyard looked magical when the sun light it the drops… Shot in tungsten with white balance adjustments in Lightroom. Enjoy!
