Looking south to Wollongong from Garie Cliffs in Royal National Park. Royal lies sandwiched between Wollongong and Sydney. Because of the light from both cities this shot of the Milky Way has but a fraction of the actual stars visible and less than 1% of this would be visible within the cities. / Makes for a pretty picture but where does wonder go when the light blocks out the stars? The night sky is the only time we ever get to see the infinite. What happens to us when we lose that? / Tv 30s / Av f3.5 / ISO 3200 / FL 10mm

LIES / OIL ON STRETCHED CANVAS / $900 US (11” X 14” ORIGINAL) / SIGNED DEDICATED PRINTS AVAILABLE Tangled and mangled they were found. Amidst lies and deceits of their own making. Never realizing how enmeshed they had become in their own deceits. Attached to their lies for eternity. Never being able to see what their perfidy had done to them. A Hell of their own making. Jailed to the bedrock of their lies with no escape possible. It started small, as most lies do, then grew to an enormity that encompassed their entire life and so within this dark shadowed existence they were to remain till the crack of doom awoke. One said aloud for all to hear, “how do I stop this perpetual torture? Is there any way to escape this bondage?” I watched silently as this terrible scene unfolded before my eyes. I did not wish to be seen by these helpless lost souls for I feared that they would petition me to somehow end their misery. I could only remain their witness, I thought, not their liberator. And so my dream, no my nightmare, continued until my reprieve arrived in the morning’s light. This nocturnal visitation was so alarming and so vivid that it demanded testimonial and so I grab my brushes and my paints and proceeded to recall what I had witnessed the night before. So here is a little tale of woe brought to life by oil, canvas and these words recalled Sir Walter Scott “Oh, what tangled webs we weave when first we practice to deceive”. visionary imagist “Joey”

Macro shot of water droplets attached to tree roots in Shawl Cave at Wombeyan Caves, NSW. / These tree roots emerge from the ceiling in Shawl cave and are so incredibly fine that even the slightest movement can damage them. They are covered in water droplets which cling precariously to the roots and are quite simply one of the most beautiful things I have seen in a cave. BEST VIEWED LARGE

If anyone out there is wondering what in the hell has been going on with me and Redbubble over the past few weeks you can get a bit of an idea by reading Peter’s Comments in regards to this matter HERE While Peter is obviously not in the habit of naming names, saying someone is right and someone is wrong, I think anyone with a good head on their shoulders and a bit of an objective mind can put two and two together. I think you all can figure out who these key players are, and what works have suddenly disappeared. I took alot of crap from alot of people in the community because you all did not know the facts of the case and I could not tell them to you. I still can not, but it should become blatantly clear now to everyone why I was so vehement in defending myself when I was called a liar, a jealous artist, an idiot, a person who is just mean and nasty for no good reason, someone who had no valid motive, etc. I am sure many of you who said such things still feel this way even after the truth in a somewhat vague and cryptic way has been spilled out by Peter and Redbubble. I had hoped that there would be a bit more forthcoming on the part of Redbubble and alot more accountability by the guilty party, but I will have to settle for what it is. I will still not be bringing my work back online because there were some assurances made to me by Peter as conditions of me keeping my work here that are clearly not going to be honored, and that is his perogitive. Nonetheless I felt I had a right to direct everyone to his thread in order to offer some clarity to all those who are confused or have been on the sidelines just wondering what in the hell has been going on. From my perspective it was never personal, it was all business. I went about it in the wrong manner, and now Redbubble is forcing me to take my medicine by way of taking away my group Natural Developments without consulting me or my membership. I think it is wrong as I was only responding to the attacks on me. I did not name any names nor did I ever instigate anything directly. the guilty always reveal themselves through vehement denials while offering no hard proof. This is exactly what happened here in this case. Redbubble was slow to act, but that is water under the bridge. I wish you all well, and at least you can know some of THE TRUTH

I been quiet and listening to all rantings and nonsence however many have asked me to state my site of the story…well here it is… I know that most members on RB reading the The TRUTH It is my time to speak out…I been asked by my friends here on RB to post this and clear few confusions here… First of all I been forced out of AMERICA’s NATIONAL PARKS and WILDLIFE Habitat group and replaced with other hosts…As a founder of the group and one who kept quality work in the group i dont see how disagreement with another photographer can play in a role to be forced OUT of my group….A lots of work has been put into that group and plans….and now to see that group go its just being very UNFAIR on part of RB….I havent been given even chance to say goodbye to members of that group…It was done in matter of the seconds….and many members yet to realize what happen….How unfair Second of all i dont want that members of RB be mislead that i sell images on RB that are not mine…That is a lie and i will fight that statement not only on RB but in court if this becomes serious issue…. As a wildlife photographer i spend months and months in wilderness of USA…and have met with some of Redbubblers who knows what i do….But to say that i steal images and claim to be mine is way out of line and allowed on RB to be said so…. Some well known photographers in Wyoming knows me and shot wildlife with me shoulder to shoulder…. As far as questions about CHARITY DONATIONS i have disclosed every donation publicaly and every penny and more went to GRAND Tetons National Park / Pick up the phone and call …to verify….... Every image that is on REDBUBBLE is mine and i am claiming it as so…. / I have proof and documentation to be so …if Redbubble administration needs documentation i will disclose it to REDBUBBLE administartion ONLY and not for public viewing…..that images are mine… She says He says take it with grain of salt….Unless there is a fact and documention i consider lies and slander and accusations that continiue here on RB very serious crime…. Just for the records i have nothing to hide…and i have very strong proof for these lies and accusations that i have stolen these images but claim as mine are MINE and i say again they are mine…. Its always good to listen to both sites of the story and not make judgement before the facts….Well i think i have explained my site of the story…..BTW i didnt start this whole mess…..I was accused and slandered in public and yes names were mentioned in journals and i have them… Make sure if it happen to you u copy and paste all for future documentations… / Now its me someone else will be tomorrow….But i will fight this to the last of my breath…..I will not let be stumped and wrong accused…. In my whole life carrier i didnt have to explain myself till this moment / This is radiculous and YOU are WRONG however i am INOCENT lol / Thanks for listening

I thought it might be interesting to go back to Garie Lookout and do a startrails version of Wonder Lies Sleeping ‘Neath a Mantle of Light. If you missed the original it’s here: The line running through the bottom left is a plane – couldn’t get rid of it without making a big hole in my startrails. Medium used: Coloured pencil / Here is the drawing finally done! This took about a week….and hundreds of hours! / The scrolls you see have the entire poem “Desiderata” written on them. / There’s lizards, chooks, cows with gus, a dragon reading “The hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy”.....there are two naked women….ants, caterpillars and butterflies. / (There’s even a couple of mice, ferrets, rabbits and a spider in there too!) / This was created for a dear friend of mine. / I hope everyone enjoys this as much as I do!
