  • Scientists are currently playing around with the humble strawberry, splicing it with fish proteins in an attempt to create a strain of strawberries that will freeze better and have an extended shelf life. Yum!

  • This is some kind of Sedum – it’s a ground cover that spreads quickly! I have pulled and pulled this stuff out of my garden – it can be very invasive! It’s quite pretty in the spring. It turns to a more golden yellow through the summer months.
