Even at two years old, Lucy knows how to go for the kill. Of course, it doesn’t look like her little brother minds too much either. In a few years, we’re going to have to start keeping an eye on these two. At least we know they love each other.

SHE IS LIKE A GIGANTIC ICE CREAM / I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM !! / We used to live together in the same room / just like in India / or Mexico / in the villages / I was her Auntie and I lived in her room! / I remember I felt so odd telling anyone / in America about that!! / She was 10 and at night / we would giggle like kids / and her father, my brother / would come in and say / “Hey you two, quiet down” / and we would and then we would giggle / and I would say / “Alanna, / Next life I wanna be your sister”, / and she would Say / “Auntie L / Me too” / Then we would tell each other something / really funny / and then we would laugh again / but then / we would fall asleep in a room / that smelled like love / and I think that America is / behind the times. Linaji 2009 Model: My Niece Alanna at 14.. she is 20 now and I love her so.
This painting was done on wood with oils ^^ / : briefly the story behind the painting is a big sister protecting her younger sister from the harsh reality of the human world, which has come to show on her face but not yet on her younger sisters.
