  • The second installment of this duo portrait. A while ago I upload my self portrait, which is actually only half the artwork. I wasn’t sure the other half would be comfortable with her picture being on a website like redbubble but when she saw that I uploaded mine she said that those 2 should never ever be parted. She is right. The “she” I’m talking about, the beautiful girl in this image, was my girlfriend. Today, so many years later, she is my lovely wife. These 2 portraits grace our entrance hall and get a lot of reaction so I really wanted to upload them to redbubble although I don’t think that they are likely to be bought. So now, with my wife’s approval, .... Here is the other portrait from the duo: /

  • During the war while the world fought and wept / A love was discovered when two young souls met / They found one another at a dance one clear night / Their hearts filled with hopes dreams and awe / And in their embrace they knew they had found / A passion for all to adore / He was her world and she was his / Together they were content / No matter how bad the hardship and turmoil / That daily life in those times meant / How much can a person love another / To measure it doesnt seem fair / But if one did attempt to judge their love / You couldnt find a more suited pair / Their love it would last a lifetime / It was so pure and selfless and bright / And it would prove to be an inspiration / To all those touched by its light / All the beauty in the world was reflected tenfold / When they would gaze into each others eyes / A love this beautiful that fills the soul / Never truly dies / And now he waits in heaven / Patiently for his bride / For one day when the time is right / To meet him by his side / And when their souls are reunited / The very Heavens will rejoice / And we’ll see the light so bright from Heaven / lighting up the world This is dedicated to my beautiful grandmother Rose in memory of my grandfather Brian, who sadly passed away last month. / Their love truly has been inspirational aswell as the strength, passion and character they both possess. Woman pictured is my grandmother Rose, taken in 1947 when she was 18 years old. photographer unknown. / Man pictured is my grandfather Brian, taken when he was about 19. • It just seemed to fit I’m afraid….the red, the fire, the passion…..and a glass to look through…...well….voyeurism popped into my head :o) VOYEURISM BY SALLY OMAR (Another brillaint piece by Sal….thanks gal xx) She looked in the mirror / With so much pride / It was the first time / She did not hide / She realized her sexuality / The beauty she bore / He stood there silently / By the door / To him, all so new / Her nakedness / He stood out of view / His heart was beating / He felt it would burst / Body throbbing / She was his thrist / He looked at her breasts / Firm and round / He was so quiet / Not making a sound / He began to shake / Her beauty saturated his being / Taking in what he was seeing / She continued to look / In the mirror so long / Her body and face / A beautiful song / Watching as she pulled up her hair / She felt his eyes / Turned, he was no longer there

  • I dreamt of you before we met / I willed you with all my heart / to seek me out from the cold and wet / and shelter me from the dark / It took so long to find you / and Life, she took her toll / and the pure heart that was meant for you / was wounded to the soul / But Life she had not spared you a fall / before we met you’d suffered it all / And so there we were, each in this world alone / destined to meet and create a home / destined to learn to love once more / but more truly and deeply and with all of our souls / Over the years you have healed my heart / more than you ever will know / you may roll your eyes at my affection / but I know it does strike home / I see the way you look at me / when you think my mind’s elsewhere / I see the smile dancing in your eyes / when you forget yourself and stare / I hear the purring escape your lips / when you embrace me close / when we kiss / I know your heart / I know you / We were meant to be I know its true / So nevermind the roses, and chocolates and all that jazz / material possessions come and go / Its our love that always lasts / You have given me the greatest gift anybodies known / You have fathered me our daughter and created for us / a safe happy Home… thankyou for taking the time to view my art and (hopefully) comment… / please have a look at my other artwork… / hope you enjoy! :) /

  • i’ll be coming round the mountain to get your love part of the forgotten fairy tale series.

  • This is a combination of two self portraits I painted last year. I’m trying to come up with a composition I can create a large painting on canvas from. currently listening to: Aqua – Turn Back Time If you are wondering whether this is about you, it probably isn’t.

  • This is one of my best illustrations I did back in 2006 and was finally done in Feb/March of 2007, while I used to live in Anderson, Indiana. This piece here was one of my given framed artworks I donated to Sears, about a total of 10 pieces were all donated in side the employee break room area. Almost half of the staff have seen me on the newspapers and I was known. Also I give a few signed copies to a pregant co-worker at Subways at Super Walmart and to a teacher at the Anderson Library. Would you believe someone also stolen this piece too… I’m telling you man.. the stuff people do, lol!! But anyway, this one here I wanted something different having a character with a fractal design instead of the same ol..same ol.. same ol… fractals design alone… boring!!! Oh well.. enjoy!! • I think it makes an amazing kaleidoscope. Fractal flames from Apophysis in the center; 4 different layers combined, masked & filtered. You can just barely read the Zildjian on the cymbals. The Fractalius filter worked wonderfully with this creation, it almost looks like a Cymbal Flower : ) This was created from a photograph of the cymbals and the drum set that is used in my son’s bands Odyssey in Exile & Arkaik So this kalei was inspired by music, something that you make music with :o) / / Enjoy the music: / / Love to You – The Beatles Featured / Dec. 5 Kaleidoscope Kraze /

  • I am waiting for my love / I am waiting for my dreams to come true / I am waiting for my night in shining armour I will sit up on this bail of hay for eternity / trapped within my dreams of you… by Me

Thanks to everyone who has supported me so thoroughly!!!! You are GREAT!!!!
