I originally intended this shot to be a picture of my son holding onto these balloons and taking off, floating into up into the sky … a fantasy, sotybook sort of image. However, my daughter immediately grabbed these balloons from him and started running off. So, as it turned out this eded up having a more realistic look than the one I originally intended, but I thought it turned out pretty cute with the desaturated colors throughout, except for the colorful balloons. Sold 2 laminated prints to RB Members.

A party that celebrates all that life has to offer,both the good and not so good :D She’s wearing her new flower feather clips and a ribbon belt to adorn her waist. All who read this will be invited! A belief that Life is to be celebrated, not just the ups but the downs too. It is easier to give thanks and rejoice when things go well for us but can we still do the same when things dont turn out the way we want them to? In dry or in bountiful times, I keep reminding myself to count my blessings…to adopt the mindset of abundance and not of scacity. San Francisco January 20th 2009.. Civic Center.. Outside Big Screens.. / Political Officials and Each Other! I could not keep my eyes off of her.. swoon.. she was absolutely gorgeous.. / I love beautiful women and If I had to do it all over again I would really learn photography and shoot women.. they really are beautiful subjects!! and I mean all kinds.. young old.. master lighting and studio work of which I know nothing about.. but still willing to learn someday.. maybe.. tee hee.. I was squashed in a corner but squashed in Love and friendship.. I could not move too far to get too many shots while he was sworn in.. I should have bought a box to stand on and I am 5’9!! But I got a few good shots and was with fellow Americans who cheered and booed.. (when guess whos appreared.. B and C !!) and was full of the Spirit of our country … The United States of America with emphasis on the United part!! Enjoy friends…. and you were all with me.. I saw everyone’s comments on my Iphone!!! / You sure are a wonderful family!

New year’s eve… a young couple escape the throng for a romantic moment, at midnight on the banks of the river Torrens, Adelaide. / The fireworks display is sponsored by the Adelaide City Council. Unfortunately, the Adelaide City Council has visions of glory. It issues fines to people who do absolutely anything near Adelaide CBD, including, but not limited to: illegal parking, parking, thinking about parking or driving past a park. The council then burns up the revenue in a tasteless and quite sinister display of friendly comraderie. The rest of the year, the gloves are off… No animals were harmed in the making of this photograph. Some birds were startled and an Irish Setter named Rufus got out the back gate and didn’t come back until Tuesday, when he arrived home thirsty and dishevelled, but that’s it.
