  • A dainty, elegant and lovely flower…...Cosmos.

  • A simple reminder that no matter where we are in life, we’re not alone. God is there to share our burdens. I’ve given this card to friends as an encouragement when they are going through hard times.

  • Soft Pretty Primula….

  • I love finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. This image of the underside of an Osteospermum flower, exposes beautiful detail that usually goes unnoticed.

  • How can we complain about aphids on our plants when they attract these delightful predators?

  • The underside of an Osteospermum flower against the blue of the sky.

  • This image shows the stunning coloured bracts of Leucadendron salignum ‘Devils Blush’.

  • I love observing the detail in flower buds. The bud of the Cosmos is very interesting to view close up, although they mostly go unnoticed next to its beautiful flowers.

  • Osteospermum sp. commonly known as the African Daisy. This image was published in ‘ABC Gardening Australia Magazine’ August 2008 Edition, p64.

  • Callistemon ‘Candy Pink’. A beautiful bottlebrush with amazing detail when observed closely.

  • I’m in awe of God and his amazing designs! His creation inspires me to worship Him.

  • This viola has a happy face! It sprang up from seed several years after the original plant had died.

  • This photo was taken at Lorne which is a seaside town in Victoria, Australia.

  • This photo was taken at Floriade Tulip Festival in Canberra, Australia.

  • It was the beautiful bud of this flower that I first captured my attention and inspired me to bring out the camera.

  • This in one of a series of images of the beautiful Cosmos flower.

  • Echinacea purpurea Yet another plant that I bought especially to photograph!

  • This image is of a pink Pelargonium. I’ve used this verse in the hope that I may be of encouragement to someone else, only to be challenged that I need to take more of my concerns to God and to be thankful for the peace I’ve experienced when we share the load.

  • This Emu was very happy to pose for me at the Melbourne Zoo. I fell in love with its eyes!

  • Meerkats are so cute to observe. This little one was photographed at the Melbourne Zoo.

  • I sure hope that Mum’s not keeping up with my activity on RB, or this won’t be a surprise on Mother’s Day! The image is of a Tulip, with the text also mine.

  • Here I stand! Inspiration for this design came from doing a bible study on the topic of grace. This is a statement of where I stand before God, even though I don’t deserve this awesome gift. I bought myself this tee in ‘Asphalt’ colour. It’s now my favourite t-shirt!

  • This image captures the opening bud of Corymbia ficifolia ‘Wildfire’, which is a spectacular, dwarf flowering gum tree.
