I have been in almost every US Postal Service office in Oregon from Eugene south to Ashland, because I was a sales rep that sold to them. Of all the US Postal Service offices the Lorane Post Office is the most unique of them all in architecture that I’ve seen. It fits right in with the rural back road small town atmosphere of Lorane Oregon.

Model is Chelsea Rose / Makeup and Hair by Loran Bean / Assistant: Adam People seem to like when I say how I get my shots, so I will keep up with it! We went to the roof of a shopping centre carpark to shoot this series. It was WHITE, it was HOT, it was windy and it was…EXTREMELY HOT! We now all look like beetroots, we’re so red. I made the mistake of lying down on the HOT CONCRETE for about 10 mins for a series of shots. :( But it was worth it! All lighting is natural, no reflectors were used. This shot was one of the last in the day. ‘Chelsea, get in the trolly!’ I make my models do very uncomfortable things sometimes. What’s the worst thing you have made someone do in order to get the best photo? I want to hear your stories :D And as always, comments are always appreciated. xo / Rose

A shoot had to be done :P Taken today, in the very hot sun. No more location shoots during summer. Don’t let me do it, people of Red Bubble. It’s just TOO HOT! Comments?

This is a nice swimming place above Siuslaw Falls in the summertime I’ve been told by a lady that works at the county store in Lorane, Oregon that is not to far from the Siuslaw Falls.
