In this watercolor which is derived from a real location in a local canyon, I abstractly added some red struts. In this image the colored paint forms a space filled with light and the struts imply gravity is there too.

So. My school is taking part in the fundraiser to free modern day slaves, Loose Change to Loosen Chains, and I’m on the board. I thought that a great way of raising money would be to sell tee shirts with a design that I had doodled during the meeting so here you have it! Know that it is for a good cause, and thank you for taking a moment to read this.

This is another one of the flowers from my show and poems for her. Look at us complicated creatures living on this planet. / As we fight to survive not giving one moments care how we touch each other. / Are minds are made of tiny cells big enough to think. / And somewhere in the wiring we found away to hate. / Somewhere in the wiring we find all types of flaws. / Some of us are angry and some of us hate all. / And some of us know good from bad. / And others break the rules. / And some of us are too small to see the bad in others. / Somewhere in the wiring we fight to be seen while we step on anyone to make it to the top. / And somewhere in the wiring some of us don’t care. / And thats when we see in the news that someone went crazy. / And somewhere in the wiring we need to tighten screws.

I painted this in Corel Painter artists oils ,prepared and finished in photoshop, its a tribute to Mark Priestley an australian Actor who played the part of Dan in All Saints, he just recently took his own life , god bless and rest in peace Mark and my thoughts are with your family , friends, workmates and fans…......... Im a sufferer of depression and i know we all wear a mask even those who dont suffer, deep inside we all have a shining light but sometimes its hard to find it…............. lately i have been slacking off. / its almost like the routine of living is getting on my nerves. / i really hope something exciting happens sooon im not one to be dull.

Our part-time gardener. / Why hike for four hours, only to find a bull moose pruning bushes and tree in our ‘burb? We enjoyed a good, long hike with intermittent rain and spotted two bull moose far in the distance. Too far away to capture. What better welcome home party than this cutie safe in our suburbs. I cropped part of the power lines and added a light blue tint to the sky, since it was raining and grey and drizzly. Thanks to Peter Davidson for the video on Hoots mon, there’s a moose loose aboot this hoose D200 and Nikkor 18-200mm And another coy view with a yellow birch leaf. Did not remove road sign from behind his rack to add a certain verisimilitude. Sure wish it were the sign that reads: Moose Crossing. Photo links to my website. For lack of a better idea to name this one, I chose shells on the loose. This piece was created using a custom brush in Painter to capture a loose and easy feel. Thank you for viewing my work.
