Yes, his name is Finn—as in Huckleberry Finn. I don’t get the opportunity to take photographs of children very often. I happened to meet little Finn at an Inn in the State of Virginia. His parents are the Inn Keepers. He was born in January 2006 and I couldn’t resist his cute face. Those blue eyes are just amazing in real life. I tried to capture a bit of their magic here. I already emailed this photo to his parents—They were quite pleased by the portrait.

Menere is my husband’s auntie from Opper Egypt, close to Nag Hamadi, she was always a bit ‘different’ , smoking sigarettes, walking barefeet, reading date pits, I liked that so we got on really well. She was my favorite auntie… Watch this
A portrait of one of the three cubs that lived in Ouwehands zoo (Rhenen, the Netherlands) in 2007. She was always fun to watch because she just loved to hunt after her family and the zoo visitors (especially small children, dogs and, for some reason, me).
This is my first proper attempt at a Vector portrait. It took quite a lot of patience and hundreds of layers overall, but like i say it is my first attempt so just let me know what you think. The subject i chose for this vector art is someone that i am a great fan of- / Dave Matthews (of the Dave Matthews Band). He is one of my favorite musicians so i knew that I would probably be able to spend a lot more time on it and finish it…and be less likely to throw my laptop across the room :)

This is the lovely Carley. I took this whilst sampling cocktails..well actually it was the same cocktail sampled a few times over in Wellington, New Zealand. We were on tour at the time and had a rare day off so made the most of it and kicked back. If i remember rightly she was studying a map of the city at the time before we went off to explore!
