Possibly the strangest photograph I have ever taken. It was late afteroon and I was approaching the entrance to Piccadilly Station when I saw these people gazing at the local sights. I was extremely lucky to have just one frame of film left. The light was getting dim so I shot at full aperture and prayed everything would turn out all right.. Thankfully it did! London, 1967.

The eye is one of those universal images we all drawn to. When shown in an anatomical sense rather than belonging to a face there is a strange disconnect.

I usually walk along the south bank riverside in London.. and l passed by this place maybe a thousand times ! This time for some reason l was walking very slowly.. once I got here l just thought this could be the moment to take a nice picture.. I am happy with the result ! /

A street photography shot taken in East London 2007. I went back there recently and this image has been completely painted over. I’m glad I was able to capture what was a brief yet beautiful scene that has now gone forever

had a play around in photoshop to try and make a rather interesting pic a bit more interesting. England has been awash with rain and grey skies (at least where I seem to go)so many of my images are very flat.

This was taken walking along the bridge from Embankment to Waterloo. I’ve walked over many times and never had my camera with me. luckily this time I did, it was a fairly cold early December afternoon and the sky was fantastic.

Portobello road London in the snow 2002. The first time it had snowed in London in a long time so I grabbed my camera and walked for hours. This shot is one of my favourites as it almost tricks you into thinking it was shot somewhere like Russia in the 50’s.
