Today is our anniversary, and we were able to stop a day and do a small photo shoot, and have dinner. This is the bottom half of Multnomah Falls, Oregon, AS IS. I used my Canon EOS, Rebel XT. I did not use a tripod.

Boy did i get soaked here. Good ol canon and its weather sealing. And its a good thing too. Crouched down at the bottom of this lovely little falls that im sure only a handful of people even know about, since you have to hike in to see it. I originally wanted to do an HDR but I feel that the original shot is perfect. Only a temp change, small boost to saturation and unsharp mask of about 200%. / I find that the noise is much better controlled if you shoot with zero sharpening in the camera and do it all in post. So glad I read that tip somewhere.
