Seeing these animals up close, makes you realise, they are not the evil killers, they have the reputation for. / This artwork is based on a shot I took from the dive. This artwork is based on a shot I took, while shark diving in Australia in November.

I got bored one day and decided to use my macro lens on something other than flowers, haha… so I had some old costume jewelry…and here we are. Sigh, someday I’ll have some real diamonds.

Taken on November 1st, 2008. Needs noise reduction, but as mentioned in a few previous photos, I haven’t found a good method of reducing noise. Shot at ISO800 due to low available light. I tend to find pictures of Fez more appealing when in B&W. Used exposure blending to darken the background a bit. Gloucester, Virginia

I’m experimenting using mirrors with my macro work lately… and the other day I found a bunch of sequins along with these tiny stars. So I put them on a mirror with glitter and reflected this sparkly bow in the mirror for the bokeh effect… hahaha.. it’s a little complicated and insane so it’s a little hard to explain lol. Anyway… enjoy!! This one just reminds me of the holidays.. so Happy Holidays too!

There’s something about these dead daisies that just calms me… hmm.. that was an odd sentence. Haha, anyway…. I took this in the fall or late summer, just when all my daisies were going away. Enjoy!

I’m going through my old files and found this of a hibiscus stamen. I love hibiscus, especially the stamen because it’s fuzzy and reminds me of fuzzy lolipops haha. Anyway, I took this with my sigma 105mm macro lens. Enjoy!

It’s like snowflakes with out the cold. :D When ever I see a field of dandelions in the summer I have the urge to run through them… just to see all the spores flying around. Taken with my sigma 105 mm macro lens and extension tubes. Enjoy!

This is one of my black and white pen drawings. The photograph is not perfect. The difficulty was the glass of this framed artwork. This drawing became part of a video presentation about art after an exhibition about wildlife in a part of the Netherlands. The drawing took between the 150 – 200 hundred hours before I was satisfied about the results. / If anybody is interested I love to sell this artwork.
