  • Fisherman's Blues
    by Darlene Marryatt-Ruhs

don’t cry a tear, for me / For the ocean is where I roam

This is actually a song I wrote late one night for my Dad who is a retired fisherman. I wrote the lyrics, my Fiance wrote the music and we recorded it within a few hours. It was great fun and something I would love to do again someday soon. This is the first, and only, song I have ever written but hopefully not the last!

  • The Covenant
    by martin steinbrugger

Having once beheld His glory shinning down from above…

This is of course also inspired by another photo by Phil Thomson entitled “The Covenant” I wrote this as kind of a sequel to “Rusty Lakebed” as I see it these two photo’s could well serve as before and after photo’s symbolic of the Christain experience. Once again my deepest thanks to Phil for the inspiration.

This is a creepy short horror story. I am planning on making a sequal called “DEATH TO THE UNDEAD” i just randomly thought this up one day when i was making suicide drawings with my friend. we have a death book. we make all the many ways that people could die, mostly suicidal, but some are homicide. i think them up, she draws them, cuz she’s a really good drawer. =] when i write, i don’t come up with one big plan, i just think of a beginning and write off of that. i just write as i think it up. okay thats all i can say, but ya. READ IT! / or…thank you for reading!! =] HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT.

This is a story of a Polar Bear. And although i am a girl, the main character of this story is a boy. The part that is written already is just the beginning, after that part it goes into how it all began and all that. Well, it will! I haven’t written it yet, I actually just thought of this while reading other peoples stories, and thought that I had to write it down quickly while I still remembered. So, I went on to my stories section and added a new story. Which is this!! =] ILL UPDATE IT LATER, BUT I HOPE YOU LIKE WHAT I’VE WRITTEN SO FAR!!
