Something a little quirky from Kiwi Land. This was a painting of 4 kiwi birds (plus 1 in belly) that I did about 2 years ago for a charity auction in New Zealand. Enjoy!

The original artwork is done in acrylic on stretched canvas. This was painted on a cold windy winter night a few years ago, and I wanted to paint something that will warm me up. What better way than a nice cosy blanket with swirls and colours! Enjoy!

I tried to do like a charcoal sketch effect on image. The original image was done on textured canvas. I photograph and digitally manipulated it but retain the canvas texture. Enjoy!
