Limpopo is named after the famous river he lives nearby in Africa and he wears and African safari hat. All Magical Scarecrows have been breathed to life by Mother Earth to help look after our precious wildlife, the environment, and our planet. Lynn Santer aka Auntie Lynn launched “The Magical Scarecrows Kids Who Read Succeed” program in April, 2007, to gift FREE books to needy children worldwide to help with the vital skill of literacy. The philanthropic social enterprise was so overwhelming accepted that it nearly sent her broke! To help finance the enormous need and demand for her free children’s books (available at www.themagicalscarecrows.com) a commercial line of products, including DVD readings of the stories by celebrities, was made available. Those same celebrities now involve themselves in other philanthropic offerings from “The Magical Scarecrows” including an annual variety spectacular for kids with cancer called “Let’s Make Magic” and “The Magical Scarecrows International Celebrity T-Shirt Relay” for children’s charities: / http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BB27ClEtcnM / http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OP8OuQV5Z9E / http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/T-Shirt
