Insane frustration gets to us from time to time

  • Shurikens arrive at Orran.

  • A render test that turned out ok.

  • the inverted or lightwave view of spheres of consciousness showing the pure lines of light manifesting from the universe forming into the concept of the idea that will become spheres of consciousness and exists as spheres of consciousness in the eternal connection between the planes of existence. the light existing and defining making real, manifesting from the dark and coming into being. the dark defining the light and light bringing definition to the darkness / (please understand that by mentioning darkness i do not mean evil, nor good when i mention light, the terminology of good and evil are human concepts brought forward as descriptive terms for behaviours exhibited by human beings in our societies. light and dark are universal laws existing in the concepts of devine mechanics and many faiths believe essential to existence in the universe. my personal belief is that humans are born inherently good) there isnt enough space in the mainframe at bubble for me to expand upon this topic and in essence we are all human here and live in a “real world” of our daily lives that can be magnificent and wonderfull and also sad or destructive lets hope as a whole the globe stands up and chooses magnificent and wonderfull for our and our childrens sake.

  • My first serious venture into the surreal world of Fractal Generation. / I decided to use Apophysis 2.0 on recommendation from a RB Fractal expert, and found it quite exciting. / My computer, on the other hand was not impressed, as this creation took 2hours 52minutes to render! / I took the result into Photoshop, tweaked its light strengths and Highpassed its sharpness, copied it three times, expanded the canvas to four times the original size, flipped the other three and combined along common sides. / Hope you like it. I look forward to producing a few more, and maybe even investing in a gruntier computer! / Keith. / CARD: / FRAMED:

  • Radiosity
    by SolusFides

    US$4.32–US$98.80

Initially a test of Lightwave’s radiosity rendering feature, then a background for my business card. This is a rendition of that business card background. Obviously, I had to re-render at a higher resolution, and then go through the routine to make it look like this again. The premise here, is that there are no “lights” in this scene, except for the three spheres which are producing their own light at different degrees of brightness. The last sphere is a highly reflective surface, showing you a view of the rest of the box.

This was another experiment with a lighting style in Lightwave, using two “linear lights”. Some slight balancing and texturing was done in Photoshop to finish it off. On the concept side, I was aiming for the ideas of cultural icons, echos, and conformity. Or perhaps you’d like to go the way of the concept of fate, and how the “milestones” in your life are all leading towards a certain shape that your life will seem to take over time. The question is, how much control do you believe you have over this fate, and the shape it will take in the seemingly far future?
