Dedicated to Tall Man…wherever he is, wherever he went. Idiot. Fool. You lose. I take comfort in the fact that he will never read this.
Applause ear-splitting / Gaia takes her bows / with her tears / the earth she endows.
A storm came today with desperately needed rain, but also with awe inspiring thunder and terrifying forks of lightning so close I thought the clothes on my line would be turned to cinders. One day ONE DAY I will click when those forks hit! Until then, enjoy images of black sky and driving rain and hail.

This is third installment of my Storm series. The first can be found here and second can be found here I almost always remember my dreams. Sometimes they are bizarre, sometimes full of horror, or sometimes crazy erotic. But always, almost always they are so vivid it can take awhile upon wakening to shake them off. This was one such dream…so lucid and visceral and real. I woke up with such an ache in my groin I cannot tell you. Sucks to be single sometimes. Anyhow…I hope you enjoy.
“Ill have no Jim Carrey children.” I told her.
A little story of July 8th, 2009, as close to true as I could get it, my memory being what it is. This will probably be part of a larger story, that will be a novel some day, if I can help it and God is willing. And, for the Feminine Intent people: This is how I’m feeling, at the end of it. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Featured in Feminine Intent (the group) about 9 hours ago, as of 9:48 pm, Arizona time, on 7-10-2009; as witnessed by the comment with notice of same.

Tornados and severe thunderstorms hit the US in January taking lives, injuring people and devastating our communities. Some planning today is being prepared tomorrow. A car is blown up to a tree and the frame is bent by the winds of a tornado A home hit by the winds of a tornado the inter wall standing A telephone pole with the top broken off and taken away by the wind, the bottom of the pole catching a bed and other debris from the tornado A truck taken away by the wind and dropped in this field 300 yards from its home A bank hit by the winds of a tornado what is left of the bank is in the back ground and the bank safes, in the safe would have been the place to be The music that once filled a house and made it a home taken away by the wind. Hubris and humility alike are swept away by the uncaring atmosphere. The tornado doesn’t care about what it encounters … it’s not evil, just unfeeling. A poem about the realms of this life and our afterlife…
This work was written 14 days after my father passed from Carcinoma (lung cancer that spread to his liver). He learned of approximately only one remaining year. The prospect of death gave me the opportunity to know my dad in a way I thought I never could. You will see many pieces from me pertaining to the wonders of God and His mysterious ways.
There I was... huddled beneath a metal awning next to a picnic table made of the same on a warm southwestern night.
The story of my first opportunity to shoot a thunderstorm and become a lightning rod. Luckily, the first one is what I ended up with. Read the story, get tips, and view some pictures that have come along since.
