  • God Beam
    by Christophe Testi

    US$8.38–US$191.52

Canon 20D – 17-40mm L – 17mm – 1s – f/11 Antelope Canyon is the most-visited and most-photographed slot canyon in the American Southwest. It is located on Navajo land near Page, Arizona. Antelope Canyon formed over the course of millions of years by erosion of the Navajo Sandstone, primarily due to flash flooding and secondarily due to wind erosion. Rainwater (especially during monsoon season) runs into the wash that Antelope Canyon is part of, picking up speed and sand as it rushes through the narrow passageways. Over time the passageways are eroded away, making the corridors wider and smoothing hard edges in such a way as to form characteristic ‘flowing’ shapes in the rock. Upper Antelope Canyon, called Tse bighanilini, “the place where water runs through rocks” by the Navajo, is the most frequently visited by tourists, due to two considerations. First, its entrance and entire length are at ground level, requiring no climbing. Second, beams (shafts of direct sunlight radiating down from openings in the top of the canyon) are much more common in Upper than in Lower. Beams occur most often in the summer months, as they require the sun to be high in the sky. / In the same series: / / /

  • Eilean Donan Castle
    by Craig Goldsmith

    US$4.99–US$114.00

Eilean Doan Castle one of the Iconic Scotish Castles was just a magic place to visit and photograph. I spent close to 6 hours taking in the surrounds, the atmosphere and the serenity and of course the odd photo or two. Here is one of my favourites, I really like the balance of light and the reflections. I hope you like it too.

  • Geneva Lake Divers
    by Mark Hayward

    US$4.32–US$98.80

In the Moment /// Overall Visual Art Winner / I found myself in Geneva for a week for work last year. The only other time I had been to Switzerland was Zurich for 2 nights in the middle of winter, so I was kind of surprised by the beautiful (and hot!) summer weather I experienced on this visit. / The Lake at Geneva is where everyone goes to cool off and I was mesmerised watching all these crazy dudes doing amazing things off a high-dive on the edge of the lake. I took a few shots and managed to capture this moment among them. / I entered this work into the 2007 Linden Gallery Post Card Show in St.Kilda, and was absolutely stoked to have been awarded one of the six entries to be reproduced as postcards and sold through the gallery.

  • Antelope Canyon
    by Christophe Testi

    US$6.98–US$159.60

Antelope Canyon is the most-visited and most-photographed slot canyon in the American Southwest. It is located on Navajo land near Page, Arizona. Over time the passageways are eroded away, making the corridors wider and smoothing hard edges in such a way as to form characteristic ‘flowing’ shapes in the rock. Lower Antelope Canyon, called Hasdeztwazi, or “spiral rock arches” by the Navajo, is located a few kilometers away from the upper Antelope Canyon and is a more difficult hike. • Penguin Power
    by Steve Bulford

    US$4.99–US$114.00

    South Georgia is one amazing island that you all must try to get to, if you don’t mind four days in rough seas on a boat that is!!! But it is truly worth it…. This image was taken at a place called “Salisbury Plain”, where there are approximately 250 000 penguins! The sound as you come over the hill is tremendous, not to mention the smell!! Nearly forgot to say that they are king penguins. / / (South Georgia – on an Antarctic trip) / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / /
