More from the Lightscapes Set Poem: The Secret Place From: The Ice Cream Store. Toronto: Harper Collins Publishers, 1991. There’s a place I go, inside myself, / Where nobody else can be, / And none of my friends can tell it’s there— / Nobody knows but me. It’s hard to explain the way it feels, / Or even where I go. / It isn’t a place in time or space, / But once I’m there, I know. It’s tiny, it’s shiny, it can’t be seen, / But it’s big as the sky at night . . . / I try to explain and it hurts my brain, / But once I’m there, it’s right. There’s a place I know inside myself, / And it’s neither big nor small, / And whenever I go, it feels as though / I never left at all.
A water droplet on the petals of a mum… the colors and reflections in the drop were amazing I couldn’t resist… : D

I think this one makes me smile.. I saw it while I was mowing down the road.. Makes the yard look better on approach. Anyway.. I have always liked these and never got the DOF I wanted hand held.. LOL.. So I made it a point to catch some late light since it was on the east side and would catch the late light. I am happy with this.. I am sure there are so many better captures out there..But this one I wanted to share with my new friends at RB.. And ones to come.. Enjoy Give A Friend A Long Time No See Card
Here’s a dandelion shot which was taken last week,,,, not really sure if I totally like it so I thought I’d put it out there to see what you think.. Personally It reminds me slightly of my Fire Fairy with it’s composition and I don’t like repeating my self,,,just not sure.. / Nikon D200 / 18-200mm / Processed in RAW
Location: Ammik, Lebanon
This was taken just before the Farewell Party Sunset. I was at a hand hold with the zoom. Not too sharp but then I liked the soft look.. And the golden sparkle of light.. I will share it.. I could go set up the perfect setting with a tripod and wait for the wind to rest and this or that. But I liked the mood of this.. / Chuck.. A Card For A Better Day Coming
Enjoy! _
