Taken at Kempenfelt Bay, Lake Simcoe, Barrie, Ontario Canada on Monday June 2nd/08. Leaning over the docks I noticed this school of minnows that kept dispersing and rejoining in intricate patterns in the water. My husband did not think I should upload this to RB but I find it an interesting abstract of the underwater world. For the past couple of years I am attracted by the sunrise in the morning. This is one of such moments captured. WHat particularly drew me to this scene were the patterns of light and shadow on the rocks and leaves. Taken on an Autumn afternoon in Jacob’s Fork River, South Mountain State Park, NC. Figuring out a way to get from one slippery and mossy rock to another in order to take the photo was a real challenge too-especially carrying tripod and camera equipment. / Nikon D50, 42mm,F22 ,2 sec / /

I took this sometime in the summer in my bathroom. There was a giant spiderweb on the window so I sprayed it with water… most of it ended up on the window which is the bokeh you seen in the background. Enjoy!

This intimate, bright yet dark, static yet flowing, autumn themed image was made in Baxter State Park, Maine, USA in October 2006. I like the contrast of the flowing water beneath the still branches, the pop of color from the remaining birch leaves, and the juxtaposition of the branch atop the stream in tone and color! /
