“You’re not squeamish, are you, Brigit?”
This is the first piece I ever put on Red Bubble, almost two years ago. I was so afraid of showing others my writing that I deleted it twice in the first 24 hours…yet something compelled me to post it again, and a hugely influential part of my writing journey began. I came back to polish it, make it shine. But this is the writer I was back then and although I wouldn’t do it quite the same now, I’m not going to change it. This pulled me out of hibernation, & I’ll always read it with a smile.
I don’t need no college, no books or TV / To tell me what I need to do to be free
This poem is a intended to demonstrate the mind of the extreme right wing in the United States. I drew upon the ramblings of one Hal Turner to create this poem. I am one of the liberals that Hal wants to kill. “I advocate killing liberals. The more the merrier; the sooner the better!” / Hal Turner Show Blog post dated, 08 March 2009 WARNING HAL TURNER’S BLOG CONTAINS HATE SPEECH CLICK HERE to read what good ol’ all American Hal thinks bout liberal Americans – his fellow Americans. Your Living Moment / Journey Freely Liberated
Wasting time, playing with my name ( Twice ), and thanking the Universe that I am lucky enough to live in a country where I am free,,,;; or as free as the law allows;; and it appears that the law is free to name a politician my family member, when he is not, and to discribe him, he as she…... but I am not free to publish anything about him or that on the internet or in a email….so don’t ask.. Freely stated
now truth. now kissed.
my thoughts can now see what i feel. my words can now think what i really see. simple.
You start thinking, if I let them in, how will they use this? Or what if they don’t believe it?...
This is just how I feel when I write…
To this unknown purchaser goes my eternal gratitude and admiration that this work will find a good home.

Greatly Seeking…
Can’t sit back and wait for these, / must pursue on own accordance.
its about wanting something that isn’t good for you
to be honest i don’t really know what my poetry really means until later on in life, i just write what i feel and what comes to mind. but what i was feeling at the moment of writing this, was how two people who shouldn’t be together, or that aren’t right for eachother, but are madly inlove, thriving off of eachothers energies, creating a spirit of true connection.

The ignorance of thy world, whence and henceforth, thy men of integrity fall before / stupities icy, thy wrath manifested to frozen abyss.
and love and hate coexist…
...and what are the words one uses to describe a compilation?, works from my entire life?, fifty years of carrying around a yellow pad?, fifty years of writing and rewriting, changing the words, as their meanings change for me?
