This “sandy” or “grainy” image, some pun intended, depicts a trio of folks trekking across some coastal sand dunes in Oregon, USA. You can see by the footprints that many have travelled across the sand already. The “lens flare” added digitally via CS2 makes the image appear more hot and dry than it actually was, almost like an interior, rather than a coastal, desert shot. Image also made B & W digitally.
My glasses broke so i photographed it.

Bridge to Brisbane Aug 30 2009 After the walkers/runners finished with their drinks of water, there were bins to put the cups in – these however didn’t take long to fill up and overflow! In between the walkers and the runners, a strong gust of wind came and blew all of the cups down Racecourse Road. If you look carefully, you’ll see that the great majority of the plastic cups are indeed off the road and being carried by the wind.
