Limoncello Fairy / I couldn’t resist doing this after “Empress suggested Limoncello, lemon sorbet and filling the glass the champagne…we agreed a flute would be better but with a curved glass you have so much more fun licking the cascading froth. / Image copyright © 2008 Shanina Conway. / Copying and displaying or redistribution of this image without permission from the artist is strictly prohibited
Colored pencil illustration of a slightly crooked but delicious blue, green and pink cupcake! Wonderful idea for a birthday gift or for anyone who loves sweet things. Featured on the RB Home Page.
Self Portrait Originally inspired by a song quote / “do bats eat cats” which related to Alice In Wonderland. It’s a very abstract image… but when I look at it, somehow it does remind me of a darker, more twisted Alice as well as the Cheshire Cat. © Jessica Walker
This was taken in my kitchen by dropping a lemon in a tank of water. Nikon D200 – 105mm Macro / 1/60th sec @ f/3.2 / SB800 off camera

This is a Digital Painting done with some vector drawing. / This painting was taken from Amanda Cotton’s photograph “Into the Mix”. however, there is NO photograph used in the art it self, it started off a blank file. These are Lemon sharks feeding off of bate tossed over board. / This was a very hard project for me as I have never done an underwater theme before nor have I ever painted a shark. Both Amanda and I LOVE sharks, but she took it one step beyond me, she swims with them and photographs them to help show people that they are not the monsters Hollywood has made them to be. this work has also been donated to / Amanda Cotton / for the preservation of all sharks. / / Copyright / These Images and Writings Do Not Belong To ANY Public Domain. Lemon splash into water – another cliche shot that like water-drop shots is something that should be tried. A rainy sunday today finally made me try this using a couple of flashes and a glass flower vase (as my tank). I did a bunch of others – but the cliched lemon had to be the first! Nikon D80 / Nikon 105 AF-S VR lens / f/11; 1/180sec; ISO400 / SB600 & SB800 fired wirelessly in manual mode using Cactus wireless triggers. / SB600 aimed at the background / SB800 home-made snooted and aimed down into the vase TUTORIAL: How to Splash Click image to view larger Click image to view larger
