  • My niece Keely. I took this last night. I know it’s not technically a brilliant photo, but I just wanted to share : ) I know I am totally bias, but I just think she is the most gorgeous little thing!

  • Yah the fog is back : ) Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia

  • Mylor in the Adelaide Hills

  • Taken at the Medieval Festival at Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills In this image is Peter Ryan AKA Furious Ennui, who was kind enough to let me come into the arena during his battle to take some photographs : ) The armour that Peter is wearing weighs no less than 34kg!

  • Imagine if these walls could talk…... The stories they could tell us. Stories of hard times and hard work, mixed with laughter and love? Stories of births and deaths? Warm summers and harsh winters? Stories of the lives lived within these walls.

  • In anticipation of the orchid season, I am looking back at some from last year :) This blue Scented Sun-Orchid (Thelymitra nuda) was photographed on Mt Barker Summit, and was one of only a few of the blue sun orchids that we saw.

  • Taken on Mount Barker Summit 05-03-06.

  • A thick fog blankets Mount Barker & Nairne and all is silent. Taken from Mount Barker Summit.

  • On another sticking hot day of 43 degrees in Adelaide, I thought I’d remind us of what’s to come….

  • I had the absolute pleasure of joining Mike Bossley on his Dolphin Research boat for a cruise down the Port River. The adult dolphin in this photograph is called Dinah, and her young calf is around 2 weeks old. The Port River Estuary in South Australia, is home to around 30 bottle-nosed dolphins, with many others visiting the area. The area has been declared a dolphin sanctuary, yet their home, quite extraordinarily is right on the doorstep of industrial development, and under constant pressure from pollutants & the hazards caused by recreational activities. Mike Bossley & the WDCS are dedicated to helping, protecting & studying these wonderful dolphins who reside in & visit the Port River. Here is a link to their wonderful adopt a dolphin program

  • Photographed this morning at Mount Barker Springs in the Adelaide Hills, during a wonderful winter fog. I have given this image a painterly & textured effect.

  • Wairoa gardens photographed on the last day of Autumn. Aldgate in the Adelaide Hills.
