I am having an exhibiton of some of my jazz photos as part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Leeds Jazz co-operative promotions group. Leeds Jazz has been run by a core of eight to ten volunteers for all this time. If you follow this link and explore the LeedsJazz website you will see from our archive what an amazing selection of world class musicians we have had here in Leeds. / I hope you find it an interesting site to browse. My fellow bubbler Mike Short has written this appeal on behalf Leeds Jazz who are currently celebrating their 25th Anniversary. However, the celebrations are muted by the knowledge that Leeds Jazz will disband, decease, be no more, be a dead Leeds Jazz at the end of November. I have been a member of this voluntary, not-for-profit organisation since Christmas 1984 and some of you will have seen the many black & white photos of some of the famous musicians I have photographed posted here on Red Bubble.
