  • The beauty and the serenity of this place can’t be described in words. / This picture was actually taken from the back of an elephant. We were on an elephant ride along the bund of this huge reservoir. I had to ask the mahout to stop the elephant several times in order to photograph the far bank. It was around midday, and the sun was hot as blazes. But somehow it didn’t feel so bad because the wind blowing over the resovoier was quite refreshing. This is one of my favourite places in the world. .
