The dirty lord of the manor surveys his filthy domain. Too many nights raising hell worked a little all too well. Constructed a monument to denial and excess, sunk so low, crawled so far back there’s nowhere left to regress. If these walls could talk, they would tell a horror story; Never-ending winter, violence and infidelity. Shadows fall through broken panes. Careless words that are filled with hate. Just enough to keep it together, never enough to make it work. Follow the path of least expectance. I don’t hate you, I’m just removing an enemy. Remorse is for the dead, my enemy. Remorse is for the dead.

I was on my way to Abbeycymhir in Mid Wales ready for a 6 mile hike, when I noticed this old farmhouse up for sale … I just had to stop and explore …. it was empty and slightly derelict but so full of potential ….... / There are 5 images here, all melted together in Photoshop …....

I was up on the hills of Mid Wales today, a bit breezy, some hail, a little rain and some sunshine. It was great to be out and about in the wild country. Thank you to everyone who viewed my work, I hope that if nothing else at least it sent the message that there are some awesome animlas in dire straits right now. Progress and growth will never stop. As we continue to encroach on other enviroments our effect will be felt. Maybe not right away but in time the effects will rear their ugly heads. When I get hungry I go to the store, when I am cold I turn on the heat, when I need shelter I go inside. These animlas do not have that luxuary, once their enviroment has been altered they have to resort to other means of survival, even venturing into mans enviroment, they seldom survive this journey. I hbope everyone has a wonderful Easter and if we have to leave a footprint on this planet lets try to cover up the tracks and put things back in place, maybe, just maybe there is still some hope. These little ones are in the paddock across the road, there are hundreds of sheep and new born lambs, i even saw a day old one with no wool for warmth, and it snowed a bit this morning, he must of been very cold. these two were just sitting near the gate out of the wind and the rain, in a spot where the sun came out and warmed them.

I was working with a combination of an image I got several years ago from a newspaper story about the shroud of Turin. The original image was very poor and I had to recreate the face using the newspaper image as a model. Then I worked with I worked with Micrografx, Photoshop, Photomatrix and Apophysis to create the finished work. I experimented a little and got several works that I really like. I hope you enjoy them. Although we do not know what Christ really looked like because the Hebrew people did not draw or paint images of anyone because it was against their religion, we do have ideas we have formed based upon legend and theories that have been passed down through time and have become a generally accepted image that comes to mind when we think of Christ. This series is inspired by scripture from the Holy Bible. This is the fifth of nine in the series. Jesus Christ the Messiah never committed a sin or a crime in thought, word or deed. Nevertheless, they crucified Him. Scripture tells us they were blinded for the sake of the Gentiles. That had they not crucified Him, we would not have His righteousness by which we might escape the punishment for our sins. He willingly took our sins upon Himself…and gave us His righteousness to wear as a cloak, a wedding garment which cleanses us and imputes His righteousness upon us when we accept it as a free gift…the greatest gift of all, eternal life. When sheep or cattle are being moved on the roadside to another part of the property it’s know as ‘the long paddock’. This was taken on the road to Cookamidgera, rural NSW. The curiosity of the lambs ensured a quick capture! Thank you for looking.

Lambananas – a hybrid first done for Liverpool by Japanese artist which is all yellow. Liverpool have now put different designs on 100 and placed them around the North West of England – just for fun They are named Superlambananatree and Ba Ba Braille Sheep which is decorated in braille coloured circles and braille writing which is all over it for blind people to read

This is Tex. He was abandoned by his Mother and was found suffering from pneumonia. The person who saved him hand-reared Tex herself, and as luck would have it, her parents own a farm where Tex was later released to live out the rest of his days… no doubt if he hadn’t been rejected, he would only have only lived a short life before being slaughtered.
