  • Another sunset across Lake Sunday. Cropped to a 2:1 ratio

  • What a beautiful clear day this was. We couldn’t get over the amount of colour around even in the middle of Winter.

  • Bethanga Bridge crosses Lake Hume near Albury in New South Wales, Australia.

  • The Laratinga Wetlands in Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills.

  • This beautiful fall scene was doubled for me by the wonderful reflection in the absolutely still water. This photo was taken outside of Charleston, SC.

  • The alpine lake district of New Zealand’s South Island is famous for its autumn colors…...its Poplar trees were just beginning to change color along this dusty country road near Lake Wanaka. .

  • Lake Rosanne is the final Gem in the crown of the Western Arthurs range in Tasmania, the most spectacular, ruggard and picturesque hike I’ve ever done. Seven days to walk along it’s spine and one to walk back along the plains at its base. It is also the scene of some of my favourite photographer Peter Dombrovskis most celebrated work and the place where he left this mortal coil. For more Tassie shots check out my Tasmania gallery. 10% of all profits go to the Wilderness Society

  • This is beautiful Lake Pukaki near Mt Cook ( NZ’s hightest mountain). The lake is so blue because it is glacial. Mt Cook ( Aoraki) is the high peak seen in the distance. It is rare to get such a clear sunny day with few clouds revealing the summit ( Elevation 12,316 ft and growing) / Canon Rebel 400D 18/55 mm lens / /

  • The wonderful scenery and wilderness that is northern Patagonia, Chile. This is shot from near Cerro Castillo, just outside the Torres del Paine National Park. You can see the Paine Massif in the distance and the truly blue Lake Sarmiento in the midground.

  • Lake Bonney @ Barmera, S.A /

  • Taken in Mungo National Park – NSW – Australia. Took the long drive up to Mildura in the northern part of Victoria for my cousins engagement party and thought that I would also take the opportunity to drive out to Lake Mungo, where stand the “Walls of China”. Ancient clay formations from a time when the climate in the sub-desert region was substantially wetter. Within the clays lie fossil remains which achaeoligist say are the remains of some of the earliest settlers in Australia. The drive is relatively short from Mildura, about 1.5hrs. But most of the drive is on unsealed and corrugated roads, unaccessable when wet. If you get the chance to go, make sure you tell someone your plans and take plenty of water as temperatures in summer exceed 40C (104F). There is no mobile phone coverage and very little water. Focal length: 11mm / Exposure: 10sec / ISO: 100 / Lens: Tokina 11-16mm

  • Taken with a Canon 50D, Sigma 10-20 lens at 10mm, F16, ISO100, shutter speed 0.5 seconds, edited in Photomatix tweaked in Photoshop Derwentwater, at 3 miles long, 1 mile wide and 72 feet deep, is fed by the River Derwent catchment area in the high fells at the head of Borrowdale, and has a long historical and literary background. There are four islands, all owned by the National Trust, as is much of the shoreline. The Lake is very much a landscape of moods, varying from the dramatic waves splashing against Friar’s Crag when driven by southerly gales, to the absolute mirror calm of early mornings.

  • Dusk on Wallaga lake NSW South Coast. Top Ten Finish – Art by Bubble Hosts – Boats – September 2009 Featured – First Things – Sept 2009

  • Sentimental journey of the fishin kind lol

  • Playa Bonita, Bariloche, Argentina !

  • Beach scene looking towards Crampton Island at Tabourie Lake, New South Wales, Australia.

  • A polished wooden boat on display at the Heritage Afloat Festival at Toronto, New South Wales. I applied an Oil Painting filter to one copy of the Original Layer, then selectively coloured the boat to make it stand out from the black and white background. I decided to tint the B&W layer because it’s a more colourful way to do S/C, while still focusing the viewers attention on the full colour bit of the scene. The photograph was taken using a 6 MP Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-S500 and was As Is until I applied the treatment. The Untouched Original Digital Photograph: / The Edited Photograph For Sale: /

  • Majestic Remarkables Mountains on the southern edge of Lake Wakatipu near Queenstown in the Central Otago district of South Island (NZ) during autumn, awaiting for winter to cover its bare peak with snow. According to Maori legends Lake Wakatipu was formed when a giant sank into the ground forming a giant crater that was later filled with water. ‘Waka’ in local Maori tongue means ‘trough’ and ‘Tipu (or Tipua) means enchanted being, or a giant in this case. Shot from Bob’s Peak (Skyline Gondola) in Wakatipu Heights.

  • Wairepo Arm, Lake Ruataniwha, South Island, New Zealand. / Autumn Colours, Twizel Area

  • Lake Hawea, South Island, New Zealand.
