Beautiful McCloud Resevoir in Northern CA…...this was taken from the road as we were leaving from a fishing trip (and photo shooting expedition)........in the Summer of 2006. This is a coldwater lake which gets it’s water from melted snow, creeks and streams downward from Mt. Shasta, CA. It is well known in the area for t’s beautiful Trout.

End of September – the leaves and cottages are still bright with colour, but the days have become much cooler. This house at the shoreline is a familiar sight to those visiting the Orillia waterfront. Location: Orillia; Lake Couchiching, adjacent to Veteran’s Park & Couchiching Beach Park
