This is a picture of my girlfriend and myself on the shores of Lake Ontario in early April last year. The photo is untouched and still one of the most beautiful sunset pictures I have ever seen!

/ Tobermory is a gorgeous little town on the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario. It’s harbor not only filled with luxury yachts but also with a lot of shipwrecks, which makes it a divers paradise. It’s part of the Fathom Five National Marine Park of Canada. Luckily for me you don’t have to dive to discover a few of the shipwrecks. Luckily because I spent to much time underwater once, without diving gear, and I’m not inclined to submerge myself for longer periods under water. ;) This beauty caught my eye when strolling along the shore, with the duck approaching, I had to hurry but I was just in time to capture it. This image is one of my most popular wallpapers on my wallpaper website and I hope it will make me proud here also. In life as well as fishing it’s all about the journey! / As the sunrise burned through the fog early Sunday morning, on Clear Lake near Hunstville, Ontario, two fishermen enthusiastically set out for their favourite fishing spot… / This shot was as a result of an early morning walk in / August 2008 in the fog: part planning, part serendipity. watercolour on Arches cold pressed paper 12” x 16” Lyda Bay is one of the attractions found when hiking the Casque Isles Trail, along the north shore of Lake Superior just oustside of Terrace Bay, Ontario. I have visited this bay a number of times and love the peaceful solitude it always offers. Grumbacher watercolors on 140lb paper. The water is a an ultramarine blue wash fading into a sepia brown.
