I see faces or scenes in the patterns of fabrics, the folds of the curtains, etc…just about anywhere. This time it was on a cinder brick. Pencil and charcoal drawing over the photo of the brick.

I would like to thank the wonderful stock that have made this posibble. Thank you so much! / / This piece is called the Birth of energy. It’s how i imagine energy created and exists. It’s all around us and I believe that each person has their own defined energy. Some try to overpower others by bringing them down by taking their energy away. It happens don’t you think? What do you think happens with people and energy. Is it a cycle? Can it be broken? Taken from you? Can you create new energy and change things that happen inyour life? Energy truly intrests me. I try hard not to get pulled into bad energy. It’s hard though. There is so much to talk about when it comes to each persons energy in the world. In this piece, I believe energy to be a pure and beautiful thing when its first created. I believe in a relaxing, happy and positive energy. As for what happens to it after is all up to the beholder! In the year 2069 an elderly man slowly makes his way down to his basement, his legs are stiff with age and arthritis. He moves a few items and sees the wooden trunk that he is looking for; as he opens the lid he thinks how the old rusted hinges are just as stiff as his old legs. With the lid fully opened he gazes upon items from his past, and as he pulls each item out and examines it, his mind is flooded from all the memories of younger days, as his shaking hand reaches into the bottom of the trunk he touches the one thing that brought a smile upon his weathered face. He pulls up an old stained photo of a love from long ago…….and he remembers of sweet times, kisses, tears and a blast from the past. Best viewed large This is a 3D digital rendered image.
