The dew drops and water drop was created in photoshop. The water drop was formed from a shape available in photoshop while the dew was made from channels and layers.

Based of a quick sketch I made, the image is inspired by the scripture “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest” (matthew 11:28) except I wanted to add a touch of ambiguity, is the figure refusing help, or reaching out for it? Not sure if that comes across or not.
