My favorite pair of headphones—lucky shot in a second hand shop in Fitzroy, Melbourne a few years ago. They have super powers! / I turned the headphone into a stencil for a Blue King Brown single cover (‘Stand Up’ 2007) and here it is as a shirt now. Yay! South Georgia is one amazing island that you all must try to get to, if you don’t mind four days in rough seas on a boat that is!!! But it is truly worth it…. This image was taken at a place called “Salisbury Plain”, where there are approximately 250 000 penguins! The sound as you come over the hill is tremendous, not to mention the smell!! Waiting patiently for his morning walk…... Boots our dearest Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, has the unfortunate name, as being black and tan he has golden lower legs. He was born during the rugby world cup when England actually won something and as his breeder was a rugby fan she called him Golden Boots, after Johny Wilkinson! Taken with my Sony F717, 800 ISO equiv. Lighting courtesy of my daughter holding a torch as there wasn’t enough natural light! Changed partially to sepia, then bluring and darker tones added for mood…..... Would make a super card ideal for any occasion, Birthday, Thank You, etc…. © 2008 Squealia

This is a King Vulture It is large and predominantly white, with gray to black ruff, flight, and tail feathers. Its head and neck are bald, with the skin color varying, including yellow, orange, blue, purple, and red. The King Vulture has a very noticeable yellow fleshy carnucle on its beak. This vulture is a scavenger and it often makes the initial cut into a fresh carcass. It also displaces smaller New World Vulture species from a carcass. King Vultures have been known to live for up to 30 years in captivity. This photo was a bit of a challenge shooting, I had to go through chicken wire that was all around the exhibit.

Went out this morning to shoot Mona Vale pool. It was a very high tide (1.7m). Braved the waves to get some interesting shots of the water crashing over the pool. Very little Photoshop on this image (just a few curves and levels), other than that, this was how it came off the camera.

This is my entry for the Photoshop Creative competition / Digital Mixed Media. Mostly done in Photoshop CS2. A touch of Corel Painter and Apophysis 2.0. This image is composed of digital painting, a few fractals, and several photographs added for texture. I hope you all like it because I’ve been working on it for most of this week :). / This is the first I’ve completed in a new series: The Elijah Series. This image represents the chariot of fire. You can read about it here: 2 Kings 2:7-12. There is so much going on in this image so I’ll help you out: The Chariot driven by some sort of Angelic being is in the center of the image while the horses of fire are at the bottom, very front of the image. The blazing light of Heaven is in the very back. Basically, the sky has opened up and the Chariot of Fire is coming down from Heaven to separate Elisha and Elijah. The whirlwind that takes Elijah up into Heaven will be the next image I do in this series. Thank you for looking!
