This is Maggie, our newly adopted kitty. She is a tabby, and expected to be about / 1 1/2 years old. Here’s our latest addition to the family, Maggie. She is a short haired tabby, about 1.5 years old. For those who know of her, I am happy to report, she is adjusting quite well. In fact, the last 2 nights she has slept with us on TOP of the bed, instead of UNDER the bed. This morning she even crawled under the covers with me. She’s a sweetie…. she is still a bit skittish, but she’s certainly coming around. As for Mia, she is still quite curious, with an occasional hiss. I think soon they’ll be fast friends. / .

I’d like to dedicate this card to Doug Palmer and his twin sister on their birthday. Doug is Kimberly Palmer’s husband. If you haven’t checked out Kimmie’s gallery, you’re missing SOMETHING WONDERFUL! Do so pronto! Happy Birthday to Doug and his twin sister! (By the way, the little bird in this image is a tufted titmouse, a perky songbird with great wide eyes and lots of personality).

Colorado Images *This is near Steamboat Lake in Steamboat Springs, Colorado… this is what you see, at the entrance to the lake. These flowers are wild, and they are everywhere here. Not sure what they are called.

It had just rained and the house’s colors were more saturated than normal. / Built in 1897.

The golden hue of the Kimberly’s Australia. This was taken up The Berkley River. The isolation and silence of this beautiful place was huge.

This shot was taken on the way back from a chopper flight over the Bungle Bungles. This whole Northen area of Australia seemed to have so many fires yet no one seems to show any interest in them, coming from the parched south I was quite surprised. You can see where a fire has burned adding to the colour of the landscape.
